Advert description
I have a natural ability to support others in their learning, which I discovered while helping my peers during university. I took pride in guiding them to improve their assignments and achieve stronger grades. Now, as a Mental Health Assistant working with children and young people with SEN, SEMH needs, I've developed strong communication, adaptability, and support skills that I bring to every session.
I can provide clear, constructive feedback on structure, wording, grammar, and spelling, as well as suggest ways to strengthen content to help students stand out. In addition, my experience working in educational settings and my degree in Child Psychology and Development allow me to approach tutoring with patience, empathy, and a strong understanding of how students learn best.
I also know how stressful academic life can be and pride myself on being an approachable, understanding tutor who creates a calm, encouraging learning environment where students feel supported and motivated to succeed.
