Patience and understanding is a key skill for me and I appreciate that learning is unique to each individual

2021 Working in a SEN High School on a one to one basis. I have worked with various young people with complex emotional anid social needs. I deliver the curriculum to students and plan and reflect on each area of the curriculum. I support young people to develop social skills and to engage in a varied outdoor timetable. I am currently studying towards a psychology and counselling degree. In my current position, I manage various challenging issues that arise on a daily basis and support young people to excel in all areas of education despite their environmental, psychological and social situations
