I set learning objectives and then identify my students needs i plan every lesson acording to the level of my students proficiency. The lessons usually begin with the before phase were by i try to get to know the level of proficiency my student has wich also assist me in preparing work or task for them. Then the is the during phase were i would listen and asisst my student to understand that they know what they should be doing and if they fully understand what they doing. Then the is the after phase for corections and evaluation and take home task if they would be available for them to do.
