Career Confidence & Direction Coach | Imposter Syndrome, Career Change & Workplace Confidence
Advert description
I am approachable, encouraging & genuinely passionate about helping people build confidence & reach their career & personal potential.
My experience comes from working within a large corporate organisation across multiple areas of the business, progressing from customer-facing operational roles through to working closely with senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders within Learning & Development and strategic people initiatives.
Throughout my career, I’ve developed a strong understanding of confidence building, communication, personal growth, leadership and career development. I’ve designed and facilitated learning programmes, delivered workshops and presentations, supported onboarding and development initiatives, and helped individuals build the skills and mindset needed to grow professionally.
My teaching style is supportive, encouraging and practical. I focus on creating a comfortable environment where people feel listened to and empowered to grow in confidence. I adapt sessions to the individual, helping them build self-belief, organisation skills, resilience and a clearer sense of direction for their future.
I believe learning and personal development should feel approachable, motivating and relevant to real life — not overwhelming or intimidating.
