English lessons tailored to university students and adults

I offer structured and supportive English and IELTS lessons for university students, adults and learners preparing for overseas study. My teaching background includes institutional IELTS teaching, where I taught Listening, Reading and Speaking and provided support with Writing, as well as one-to-one IELTS tutoring tailored to individual learner needs. I also hold a TQUK Level 5 Diploma in Teaching English as a Foreign Language and an MSc in Education from the University of Southampton. In my lessons, I first identify your goals, current difficulties and areas that need the most attention. I then adapt the lesson content, materials and practice activities accordingly. For IELTS learners, we can focus on specific skills such as Listening, Reading, Speaking or Writing support, while also developing the language, strategies and confidence needed to approach the test more effectively. My aim is to make lessons clear, practical and relevant to your own goals. I encourage questions, explain difficult points step by step, and provide feedback that helps you understand what to improve and how to practise between lessons.
