Fitness instructor and Aquatic Personal Trainer

I am an AFAA certified Fitness Instructor and Aquatic Personal Trainer. I teach regular classes on a weekly basis and maintain high attendance by keeping my lessons fresh and innovative. I can create a personal programme for you based on your unique goals and requirements, and will set you attainable targets to facilitate you reaching your goals within a reasonable timescale. As well as fitness, my background is in education and counselling, therefore I am confident that we can successfully work together to get you to where you want to be.
