I have assisted newcomers to the school who are unsure about or insecure about their English and have helped them grow more at ease when speaking with their peers. I have also offered assistance to new students who are unsure about or insecure in their writing talents and helped them develop their capabilities. I have mentored younger pupils who were having academic difficulties as well as tutored those doing English for GCSE. all these have helped me gain essential skills needed to understand a student and maneuver my way of teaching to help suit their needs. Continuing to work with students has given me extensive experience in recognizing each individual's unique learning style and adjusting my approach to best suit their needs. Whether it's help with writing, speaking, or comprehension, I am able to adapt quickly and effectively to ensure that they grasp the necessary concepts. Additionally, assisting students with various backgrounds has allowed me to develop cultural sensitivity and an open-mindedness that I bring into every student interaction.
