I am a passionate and patient maths tutor with a Master’s degree in Mathematics and experience teaching students at both primary and secondary levels. I enjoy helping learners build confidence in maths by breaking down complex topics into simple, easy-to-understand steps. My lessons are structured, engaging, and tailored to each student’s needs and ability. I cover topics ranging from basic numeracy and arithmetic at primary level to more advanced GCSE maths, including algebra, geometry, and exam preparation. I focus on ensuring students fully understand the concepts before moving on, so they can apply their knowledge with confidence. Each lesson is interactive and supportive. I begin by reviewing previous learning, then introduce new topics using clear explanations and worked examples. Students are encouraged to ask questions and take an active role in their learning. I also provide practice questions and exam-style tasks to help improve problem-solving skills and prepare for assessments. With my teaching experience, I adapt my methods to suit different learning styles, whether a student needs visual explanations, step-by-step guidance, or extra challenge. My aim is to create a positive learning environment where students feel comfortable, motivated, and capable of achieving their full potential in maths.
