English and Maths for Primary Students

A mature, committed and a professional banker with over 15 years of experience in the corporate field of Operations and Accounts and over 6 years in the field of education to help children to benefit from education and prove academic progress, I have been passionately associated with the field of Education and interacted with one a many schools/agencies/LAthrough voluntary work, Teaching assistant roles and Tutoring roles.
Proficient use of MS Word/Excel/Outlook and constantly being in touch with latest versions of these has helped me use these to the advantage especially during Covid when as an essential worker ease of using online platforms came handy and I was delivering lessonsthrough Zoom and Microsoft teams.

I have a Bachelors Degree in Finance - First class with a GCSE in English and Maths with a Grade 9 and a Level 3/4 in Teaching and learning has helped me gain the requisite confidence in rendering support in the classrooms. I am an Event manager for one of the companies conducting the Eleven plus mock exams. I also run my own tutoring business– onethat has nurtured over the years – where I provide bespoke teaching services to students fromYear 1 to Year 9 in Mathematics and English and customise each and every lesson plan accordingto the needs of the student. From preparing lesson plans to providing feedback to parents and monitoring the lesson, I help families indulge in confidence in their learning journey

I am also an online tutor for one of the social enterprises and have the pleasure of teaching many children across the UK - who are identified as children from vulnerable families by the Local authorities. The immense pleasure I experience in coaching these children is exceptional and I hope to tutor many more children and help them progress in their learning journeys.
