I am a highly experienced martial arts instructor with over 30 years of training across multiple disciplines, including Kung Fu, Baguazhang, Kickboxing, Wing Chun, and modern fighting systems. My teaching blends traditional martial arts principles with practical, real-world application—helping students build not only skill, but confidence, awareness, and resilience.
My approach is adaptable and student-focused. Whether you are a complete beginner looking to improve fitness and coordination, or an experienced practitioner aiming to refine your technique and deepen your understanding, I tailor each session to your goals. Training covers striking, movement, balance, internal power development, and effective self-defence, all delivered in a structured and supportive environment.
Baguazhang and internal arts are a particular speciality of mine, with a strong emphasis on flow, body mechanics, and mindful movement. These practices are ideal for improving mobility, reducing stress, and developing a deeper mind-body connection, while still maintaining strong martial effectiveness.
Alongside technical training, I bring insights from my professional background in fitness coaching and martial arts performance, ensuring sessions are engaging, safe, and results-driven. I also incorporate elements of conditioning, breathwork, and injury prevention to support long-term progress.
