Mentoring and coaching is a key part of my own business, and a passion of mine to give something back after a successful 35 year career in business - both multinational and small. Reward for me is to see business thrive, and individuals prosper. Effective listening is an important trait in business, giving the next generation of business leaders the confidence and inspiration to fulfil their ambitions. I am keen to partner with organisations like FindTutors who share my mission of helping others succeed, and using experience built up to impart to others. I am flexible to engage when required.
