Former Headteacher, I am now an Educational Consultant and a coach who focuses on developing an understanding of healthy high performance. I have over 30 years experience as an educational leader and now support leadership development in both young people and adults.

I am looking to help to develop leadership skills through ensuring an understand of strengths and weaknesses, as well as their values and goals. 'What does success look like to you?' and 'How can you achieve it?'

Success comes from building resilience to ensure that individuals and teams can operate at sustainable levels, particularly under pressure and I offer an assessment and feedback on the impact of resilient thoughts and resilient actions on overall levels of wellbeing that, in turn, lead to the identification and development of key skills.

Understanding 'how we learn' rather than just focusing on 'what we learn' unlocks our potential to achieve and I offer an assessment, feedback and support on intellectual readiness and emotional resilience that focuses on meta-cognition.

I have plenty of experience of recruitment and can offer support with applications and interviews.

Typically 'lessons' would be ONE hour to allow for discussion, reflection and feedback.
