Advert description
I will teach authentic and engaging lessons that will develop their skills in that area of learning. In turn this will build relationships with my students, and from my experience, when you have good relationships with students this is when most of the sufficient learning will take place.
I will draw on many pedagogical principles of teaching that I learnt through my PGCE and create individualised lessons plans based on that area of need for that student, to ensure it is a level of learning that challenges learning, but is also attainable.
