After studying Business & Finance and preparing to qualify as a Chartered Accountant, I was shortlisted for an interview with a coastal firm. By the end of the interview, I realised—instinctively—that this wasn’t the work life or environment I wanted. I’d been studying because I loved learning but lacked clarity about what really inspired me. I was doing what was expected, not what was meaningful.

Today, I help others avoid that same disconnect.

I’m a Master-level Career & Life Coach with an MA in Applied Coaching, a Member of the Association for Coaching (MAC), and a Master Member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). Over 20 years, I’ve guided individuals and organisations through career change, performance improvement, and personal growth.

My approach blends evidence-based methods—Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT)—to help clients break through self-doubt, clarify values, and align purpose with action. The result: practical confidence, renewed motivation, and meaningful direction.
