I am an experienced Coach, developing training courses for Recruiters and new coaches

I enjoy one to one sessions, and am used to delivering online sessions for up to 30 learners twice a month. I am used to managing a caseload of 50 learners on level 4 Apprenticeships In Recruitment. I have also completed my own Level 4 in Information, Advice and Guidance. I build close relationships with my learners and encourage them to develop their skills. I have found that remote learning also needs regular encouragement and reinforcement of lessons to ensure understanding as well as recollection of ideas imparted. I particularly enjoy the subject of emotional Intelligence. But can also teach recruitment, Maths, English functional skills, Economics and Accounting
