My lesson plans would start with a basic format after which this could be adapted to individualised lesson plans depending n each students ability and learning style. The structure would be clear, concise and understandable. I have a vast amount of experience as a tutor and mentor for a range of students from many different backgrounds. I have had many successes with guiding students to be successful in which ever venture they ahve wanted to undertake. I hope to help many more.
