Experienced lecturer in Games Development, Art, Animation with Master’s degree

I am an experienced educator with over 20 years of teaching and lecturing experience across Further and Higher Education. I am passionate about creative education and supporting learners to achieve their goals while developing their confidence, skills, and industry knowledge.

I hold a Master’s Degree in Creative Digital Media and a PGCE in Further Education. My academic background also includes specialist training in Animation, with an initial focus on 2D Animation, supported by previous studies in Art and Design. This has provided me with a strong foundation in drawing, visual communication, composition, character design, and traditional art techniques.

Throughout my career, I have taught a wide range of creative subjects, including Art, Fine Art, Drawing, Animation, Digital Media, Games Development, and Creative Technologies. I have extensive experience planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and supporting learners with diverse needs.

I possess strong skills in traditional and digital art practices and am proficient in industry-standard software, including Maya, Blender, Unity, Unreal Engine, MotionBuilder, and Adobe Creative Suite. I am committed to creating inclusive learning environments that encourage creativity, achievement, and personal development.
