One of my greatest skills as a tutor is the understanding that every student is unique and requires a unique and personalized style to flourish; as such, I work with both parent/guardian and student to determine how best the student learns and what goals they are trying to achieve. Furthermore, encouraging the development of skills over rote learning is another focus of my tutoring style.
