I am a highly qualified Leadership and Management Development professional with a passion for developing people and over 20 years’ experience. Before setting up as a Learning and Development Consultant in 2019, I worked in corporate L&D for complex, multi-site organisations based in the UK, but also delivering in Europe, the Middle East and North America. Prior to that, I held managerial roles for more than 15 years and I bring much of that personal management experience to my delivery to illustrate topics under discussion and help you see how they can apply what they are learning in your day-to-day roles or how it applies to your qualification.
