I have a BSc (Hons) degree in Sport Development and a Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification, alongside CIMSPA training in sports coaching and management. Through my experience working as a Sports Operations Assistant at a university, I developed strong communication, organisation and customer service skills. My responsibilities included supporting gym users, providing guidance on fitness equipment, conducting gym inductions, assisting with sports activities and helping create a welcoming environment for people of different abilities. I am confident working with others, explaining information clearly and encouraging people to participate in physical activity. I am passionate about health and fitness, eager to share my knowledge, and committed to helping learners develop their goals.
