I have experience mentoring students as a PASS Leader at the University of Birmingham, where I supported students in understanding complex topics, building confidence, and developing more effective study habits. Through both academic and customer-facing roles, I’ve developed strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills, alongside patience and empathy when supporting others.
My teaching approach is supportive, encouraging, and tailored to the individual student. I aim to create a comfortable environment where students feel heard and supported without judgement. Sessions would focus not only on academic organisation and study techniques, but also on mindset, motivation, confidence-building, and helping students break overwhelming goals into manageable steps.
