Preparing for the 11+ takes time, practice, and the right guidance. I offer structured, supportive preparation sessions to help your child build the skills and confidence they need to perform at their best on the day.

All my sessions are relaxed and pressure free. Children learn best when they are calm and confident. Therefore, I will focus on familiarising your child with the required skills and knowledge in a fun, engaging way. This allows them to make the most of every lesson and gives them every opportunity to feel test ready when the time comes.

ENGLISH
Reading comprehension — inference, deduction, and language analysis
Creative and descriptive writing with strong vocabulary
Verbal reasoning — word relationships, analogies, and sequences
Grammar, punctuation, and spelling under timed conditions
Vocabulary building and understanding unfamiliar words in context

MATHS
Number and place value, including large numbers and negative numbers
Fractions, decimals, percentages, and ratio
Non-verbal reasoning — patterns, sequences, and spatial reasoning
Problem solving and multi-step reasoning questions
