Leadership Skills Training for University Students and Professionals by a Seasoned Executive Head

I have been an Executive Head for 15 years and now deliver training on National Professional Qualifications for senior leaders. I coach and mentor as well. I do not see these as mutually exclusive and can adapt to fit the situation and a client's needs. I hold the NPQEL so my skills are transferrable both in terms of qualifications and experience. Having delivered training online, in person to large groups and also 1:1 I have a flexible adapted teaching style and have had very positive feedback. With 36+ years in education, I am able to add anecdotes to help personalise what is being taught to offer a 'real life' window on what can be theoretical issues. Maintaining a sense of humour is also important and relationships are the key to successful training and everything else.
