Experienced Maths & Physics Tutor | Learn with Clarity

Hi! I’m Areesha, an experienced Maths and Physics tutor with 6 years of teaching experience and a Master’s degree in Physics. I have taught students from different backgrounds and supported learners following GCSE, IGCSE, SQA, A-Level and other international curricula.

My lessons are interactive, supportive and focused on understanding rather than memorising. In Maths, I help students understand the meaning behind equations, graphs, algebra and problem-solving methods. In Physics, I focus on connecting concepts to real situations and then applying them confidently to exam-style questions.

I use an interactive digital apps and whiteboard where we can work through equations, diagrams and questions together. I encourage students to ask “why?” instead of simply memorising rules, because understanding the reasoning makes learning much easier and more lasting.

Whether you need help with a difficult topic, regular tuition, exam preparation or improving your problem-solving skills, I adapt lessons to your level and learning needs. We’ll identify areas that need improvement, practise them step by step, and build confidence along the way.

I have also completed Cambridge assessment training, which has strengthened my understanding of assessment and exam-focused learning.

My goal is simple: to make Maths and Physics clearer, more meaningful and less intimidating while helping you become a more confident independent learner.
