Tutor in English, English as a foreign language, Philosophy and Religious Studies

I finished an Honours BA in Journalism at the University of Applied Sciences Utrecht and a second BA in Philosophy and Theology at the University of Oxford. My experience in writing as a journalist and in writing countless of essays at Oxford help me to guide students in their (academic) writing so that they can learn to express themselves clearly and succinctly.

I have two years of experience in tutoring English as a foreign language.

I can support prospective students who are preparing for Oxbridge applications in Philosophy and/or Theology or other areas within the humanities and help them improve their applications.

I also take on GCSE and A-level students for RE, Religious Education with religious studies and philosophy/ethics or help students at these levels in other areas. I could also support students in philosophy and theology papers during their prelims and at further advanced BA levels. I specialise in ethics, both within philosophy and theology.
