Hi, I’m Naomi,

I’m a qualified coach with a background in learning and development, career coaching, and international development. I hold a BA in Politics, an MSc in Security Studies, and a Diploma in Learning and Development. Over the last 15+ years, I’ve worked across sectors including international development, management consultancy, youth development (through the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award), and the not-for-profit world.

For the past six years, I’ve run my own career coaching business, helping people gain clarity about their goals, build confidence, and take practical steps toward fulfilling careers. I’ve supported individuals from all walks of life - from graduates to senior leaders and bring over 200 hours of coaching experience to my sessions.

My approach is always learner-centred and encouraging. Whether we’re working one-to-one or in a group, I focus on helping you overcome challenges, develop new skills, and build the confidence and mindset you need to thrive - not just academically, but personally too.
