I am not a teacher but a coach who has experience working in a private school in the careers department alongside charity work.

I am not a teacher but am interested in the online lifecoach role. I am halfway through a coaching qualification through the OCM, have experience in a careers department at a secondary school specialising in sixth form and am also a mum (this maybe gives the best experience when talking of guidance and pressure!). I am incredibly emotionally intelligent and can support individuals meeting them where they are at, creating psychologically safe spaces and achieving strong outcomes. I will help by unpicking the problem and supporting the solution as a coach with leaving them empowered for change.
