Maths for GCSE students

When working with other students, especially international students (I am one myself), I can identify what part of their understanding is lacking, and ensure that they understand the concept beyond only formulas and methods of solving questions. This particularly helps with the grade 9 questions, where knowledge has to be applied in order to correctly approach the problem. Depending on the level of current understanding of the particular topic, I can either design a lesson, explaining the whole topic, find questions to encourage critical thinking, etc. - whatever I or the student feels is needed to ensure thorough understanding.
Currently, I am doing Mathematics A-Level (Edexcel) and have achieved Grade 9 in Higher Tier Mathematics iGCSE (Edexcel). So far, I have only tutored Physics students (GCSE Level) at my current school.
