I’m a friendly and patient science tutor with a PhD in Biomedical Sciences and several years of experience teaching university

I have several years of experience teaching and supporting university students in biomedical and pharmaceutical sciences. I have worked as a lecturer at the University of Westminster and the University of West London, where I delivered lectures and practical sessions, prepared assessments, supervised research projects and gave students individual feedback. My teaching style is clear, patient and flexible. I break difficult topics into smaller, easier steps and use practical examples to make them easier to understand. I also like to use animations, diagrams and pictures wherever possible, as I find that visual learning helps students understand and remember concepts much better than simply memorising information. I adapt each lesson to the student’s level, goals and learning style. I can support students with Biology, Biomedical Science, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, exam preparation, assignments, scientific writing and research projects. My aim is to make lessons engaging and easy to follow, while helping students build a real understanding of the subject, improve their confidence, and become more independent learners.
