Advert description
My approach to teaching is simple, every student is different, so every programme should be too.
Before any teaching begins, I take time to understand the student. Where are they now? Where do they want to get to? How do they learn best? What has and hasn't worked for them before? That diagnostic conversation shapes everything that follows.
From there I design a structured but flexible programme with clear milestones, building knowledge and confidence progressively rather than overwhelming the student with everything at once. Sessions are interactive and practical, with real emphasis on understanding rather than memorisation.
I use a blend of explanation, worked examples, guided practice, and regular progress checks to keep momentum going and ensure nothing is left unclear. Where a student is struggling with a concept, I find a different way in a different explanation, a different example, a different angle until it clicks.
Between sessions I provide relevant resources, practice materials, and clear guidance on what to focus on independently, so that progress continues beyond our time together.
Throughout everything I maintain an honest, open relationship with each student, giving constructive feedback, celebrating progress, and adjusting the programme whenever the evidence tells me something needs to change.
The goal is always the same to leave every student more capable, more confident, and more motivated than when we started.
