Advert description
Over the past 10 years, I have been teaching and tutoring mathematics to various age groups and levels of ability. I have gained a wealth of experience in adapting my teaching style to meet the needs of each individual student, using a range of techniques and resources to ensure that they understand the concepts being taught.
My experience includes teaching primary, secondary and FE students the foundational principles of arithmetic, algebra, and geometry. I have helped students build their confidence and competence in these subjects, providing clear explanations, offering practical examples, and encouraging them to apply what they have learned to real-world problems.
At the secondary school level, I have helped students prepare for their SAT and GCSE exams, providing them with the necessary knowledge and skills to perform well on these standardised tests. I have also worked with students who are taking advanced classes such as Pythagoras, trigonometry, and statistics, helping them to master complex concepts and develop problem-solving strategies that will serve them well in their future studies.
In addition to traditional classroom teaching, I have also worked as a private tutor, providing one-on-one support to students who need extra help in understanding mathematical concepts. I have a talent for identifying areas where students are struggling and tailoring my teaching approach to help them overcome these challenges.
Overall, my 10 years of teaching and tutoring mathematics have been characterised by a deep commitment to helping students succeed. My enthusiasm for the subject has inspired countless students to discover a love for mathematics that they might not have otherwise found, and my ability to connect with students of all ages and abilities has made me a highly respected and sought-after educator in my field.
