I use a person-centred approach, using empathy, congruence and Unconditional Positive Regard (UPR) to develop students' confindence and self-esteem

I use the Learning Loop, assess, plan, teach and reassess. After assessing, I ensure that the pitch and pace are appropriate to the student, and ensure that they keep practicing until they achieve master. I teach Maths, Science, English, Psychology, ICT, Computer Science, Coding.
