Currently, I teach English Language and English Literature in one of the secondary school in Birmingham to students age 11-16 (many of them have English as additional language and have wide range of learning difficulties)

In my practice I have been responsible for written schemes of learning, preparing lessons, adapting resources to my student's individual needs, marking assessments as well as mock GCSE exams. Additionally, I hold pastoral tasks and duties to support my students in their learning. Also responsible for the data to monitor my students progress. Twice I was coaching NQTs
