From my time as a teacher trainee in Barcelona, where I completed a TEFL course (with a distinction), I deduced that the most crucial element in learning any language is ensuring that the lessons are sufficiently engaging. This comprises of well-suited challenges and content adhering to the the student's interest. My main goal as a teacher is to adhere to this motto and personalise my lessons to each individual's respective needs.
