I have a background in coaching and welfare, helping people manage stress, build confidence and feel more in control of their lives. I work with students to improve organisation, time management, focus and daily routines whilst supporting mindset.
My approach is fun, practical and supportive and this works well for students dealing with anxiety or overwhelm or who are neurodiverse.
Sessions are relaxed and non-judgemental, designed to take the pressure off, not add more on.
In addition to my advanced coaching qualifications I have an English Literature Degree.
