Hi! I’m a friendly, patient and approachable tutor who believes that every student learns differently. My aim is to make learning enjoyable, engaging and easy to understand while helping students build confidence in their abilities. I understand that certain subjects and topics can feel challenging, so I focus on breaking them down into simple steps and explaining them clearly.

My Academic Background

I achieved 2 As and 1 A at A-level, along with 4 As and 4 As at O-level. I also graduated with a Gold Medal in BS Joint Honours in Business and Psychology, while I currently am pursuing my Master's Degree in Business Analytics and Artificial Intelligence. My academic journey has helped me develop strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills, which I bring into my teaching.

Having experienced different learning environments myself, I understand the importance of having someone who explains concepts clearly, encourages questions and helps students feel comfortable asking for support. I want my students to feel confident learning at their own pace without feeling pressured or embarrassed when they make mistakes.

My Teaching Approach

My teaching style is interactive, supportive and tailored to each student's individual needs. Before starting lessons, I like to understand the student's current level, the topics they find difficult and the areas in which they would like to improve. This helps me plan lessons that suit their abilities and learning goals.

I believe that memorising information is not always enough. Students benefit much more when they understand the reasoning behind a concept and know how to apply it independently. For this reason, I use clear explanations, practical examples, guided practice and questions to help students develop a stronger understanding of their subjects.

I encourage students to ask questions whenever they feel unsure. I am happy to explain a topic in different ways until it becomes clearer, as I believe patience and consistency are essential to effective learning. My lessons are designed to be comfortable and encouraging, allowing students to learn from their mistakes and gradually become more independent.
