Online After-School Tuition for Key Stage 1-4: Engaging Lessons Tailored to Individual Needs

Hi! I’m a friendly and patient tutor who believes that every student learns differently. My aim is to make lessons comfortable, engaging and easy to understand, while also helping students become more confident and independent in their learning Before starting, I like to understand the student’s current level, what they find difficult and what they would like to improve. I then adapt each lesson around their needs rather than following the same approach with every student. I can break difficult topics down into simple steps, explain concepts in different ways and use examples, questions and practice activities to make sure the student genuinely understands the topic. I also believe that tutoring should be more than simply completing homework. I want students to understand why they are doing something and gradually develop better study habits, problem-solving skills and confidence. At the end of lessons, I can review what we have covered and identify anything that needs more practice. As someone with a background in Business and Psychology, I understand the importance of patience, communication and adapting to different learning styles. I would love to help students feel more confident about their studies and create a positive learning experience for them.
