Online Maths Tutor for Key Stage 3 & 4 Students: Build Confidence and Understanding!

I am applying for the Mathematics Tutor position because teaching is where I feel most motivated and most useful. I enjoy helping young people work towards their goals, and there is nothing more rewarding than seeing a student fo from "I can't do this" to "I understand this now" and I would be proud to being that enthusiasm to the job. Furthermore, Mathematics is a subject that often invokes anxiety in students,with the barrier usually being confidence rather than ability. As a tutor, I aim to remove that barrier by breaking down difficult topics into clear manageable steps to allow students to understand and build on what they already know to gain a logical grasp on how topics work and what they are used for.
