As a recent honors graduate with a dual Bachelor’s degree in Physics and Mathematics from The American University in Cairo (AUC), complemented by extensive teaching and research experience, I am well-equipped to support students in mastering challenging physics concepts. My two-year role as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant in AUC’s Physics Department allowed me to develop and lead review sessions for Classical Mechanics and Electricity & Magnetism courses. I mentored students through complex problem-solving while adapting explanations to diverse learning styles, consistently reinforcing foundational principles. Beyond teaching, my research in quantum computing—where I implemented computational frameworks for the Time-Dependent Schrödinger Equation—has honed my ability to break down advanced topics like quantum mechanics into accessible insights. This is further demonstrated through projects like my computational Schrödinger Equation Solver, which simplifies eigenvalue analysis for quantum potentials. My hands-on experience at Brookhaven National Lab’s STAR detector collaboration exposed me to experimental physics workflows and data validation techniques, enriching my practical perspective. Combined with my academic rigor (including six Dean’s List recognitions and national Olympiad placements), I bring both depth and clarity to physics education.
