Contemporary Art and Art & Design Tutor - all abilities and ages welcome!

I can teach any age and have 25 years’ industry experience as an Artist and Arts Educator, 5 years in educational settings. I also recently achieved a master’s degree in fine Art.
So, whether you just want some informal lessons or need to build a portfolio of work, develop a variety of creative skills, prepare for L2 and L3 GCSE’s I am happy to help.
I can offer local face to face lessons and workshops tailored specifically to your needs. I can also offer some online classes.
My areas of expertise are:

. Drawing: pencil charcoal and pen & ink
. Painting: oils, acrylic, watercolour and designers’ gouache
. Mixed media: collage, photomontage
. Photography: analogue & digital
. Printmaking: Linocut, relief printmaking, etching
. Sculpture & assemblage.
. Textiles: basic sewing (including using a machine), designing clothes, upcycling.
. Presentation and Curation skills
. Contemporary art theory & research

I am DBS checked and fully insured.
Due to currently working in schools I offer these sessions during school holidays and some agreed evenings only.
