I have had the honour of supporting students between the ages of 17-20 through their university years. As a life coach I have helped them to overcome low confidence and self esteem, time management, their overall wellbeing and to reframe limiting beliefs. Recently I coached a student through a difficult time which led them to want to quit their degree. Using CBT, mindfulness and emotional intelligence techniques and holding space for her she was able to calm her overwhelm and one step at a time continue her studies. She is now thriving in her second year.
