I have 22+ years experience in education as a teacher and School Sports Partnership Consultant. Experience as an NHS Health and Well-being Coach and currently I am an Employment Specialist focussing on the Working Well Norfolk programme. I am used to working with all ages and managing a caseload. I will support an individual to come up with a SMART plan bespoke for them and help them find their internal motivation to meet deadlines set and prepare for the future with high levels of attention to detail.
