My approach will focus on helping students set clear and achievable goals, organise their workload and develop effective study habits. I will support students with time management, planning coursework and breaking larger tasks into manageable steps so that deadlines feel more achievable.
I will take time to understand each student’s individual learning style, what works best for them and any barriers they may be experiencing. Taking a holistic approach, I will explore practical factors that support focus and wellbeing, such as study routines, taking breaks, staying hydrated, getting fresh air or using music or other activities to reset concentration.
Through regular reflection and small achievable goals, I aim to encourage motivation, resilience and self-confidence while helping students stay accountable and develop a more positive mindset towards their studies.
