Maths tutor specialising in KS3, GCSE, Core Maths and students with additional needs (including Dyscalculia)

I am an honours graduate with teaching qualifications, 31 years old and have more than 6 years of teaching experience. My current position is as a secondary Maths teacher for the ages 11-18 years. I have a wide experience of working with pupils of many different ages, at the higher and foundation levels, as well as with those who have learning difficulties. I come equipped with experience in teaching mathematics in both the Independent and State school sectors. I prepare pupils for entrance examinations to Public and Independent schools and SATS for State schools. I also tutor pupils in mathematics GCSE examinations with AQA, OCR and Edexcel examination boards. I provide tutoring services at my home address, as well as through online platforms.

I have been told that my approach to teaching makes it enjoyable for my students as I am considered patient and very approachable. My teaching style is friendly, relaxed lessons where students learn to have fun with Maths, and I tutor individually, or in groups of up to five people, tailored exactly to what the pupil requires.
