Hello! I'm Ashish, a Business Lecturer based in Northampton, UK, currently teaching Business Studies and Management at Results Consortium Ltd, a delivery partner of Leeds Trinity University.

My path into teaching started in Nepal, where I taught Business Studies, Management, Economics, and Accounting at secondary level for over two years. I loved watching students move from confusion to confidence, and that experience convinced me education was where I wanted to build my career. Since then, I've taught across secondary and further/higher education, designing curricula, lesson plans, and assessments, and supporting students one-to-one along the way.

What I bring beyond the classroom is real industry grounding. I spent over three years as a Relationship Manager at a bank in Nepal, managing a portfolio of clients and advising on credit and business decisions experience that consistently exceeded targets and cut non-performing loans through better risk evaluation. I've since worked in student services at the University of East London and in business development consulting in London, which sharpened my communication and problem-solving skills.

I hold an M.Sc. in International Business Management from the University of East London (Distinction) and a BBA (Distinction). I also keep an active research interest in credit risk governance, sovereign wealth funds, and how AI is changing credit assessment alongside three published books on Amazon KDP, including guides on investment banking and credit analysis.
