I achieved a 9 in GCSE maths and an A* in A level maths. I have some experience tutoring as I have tutored the children of some family friends. I would structure the lessons by first identifying what the student is struggling with and teach them some methods to solve math problems they struggle with. As well as this i would teach them of different ways to think about a problem as this could make it easier to derive a solution. I would also go through some questions with while showing them my thought process. Then pick out some questions for them to do which require them to think about the problem carefully and maybe use multiple topics they have learned.
