In addition to this, I have a track record of excellence and excellent subject knowledge, all supported by a strong academic background. In my current role, I get the best out of my students by having honest, trusting, and equal relationships with them. I focus on the development of students as individuals, and on equipping them for the 21st century by providing them with the necessary academic and non-academic rigor needed to get through the world. What makes me unique is my ability to understand a student's thought process according to his/her understanding level and I use tracking systems to identify student progress and areas of improvement.
