An academic with expertise in biology and genetics. Relaxed and tutee-led teaching approach

I'm a Lecturer in Forensic Biology, teaching across several programmes and supporting students in their academic journey and professional development.

I hold an MSci in Forensic Science and an MRes in Applied Sciences (Biomedical), both from UWE Bristol. I also have a postgraduate certificate in Learning and Teaching in Higher Education and am a Fellow of Advance HE. Before moving into full-time academia, I worked in the forensic science industry, where I reviewed and issued DNA expert reports for criminal, family, and immigration law cases.
