I am a qualified coach and also have a degree in youth and community as well as a therapy qualification for young people

I have worked with young people for the last 20 years in both a coaching and mentoring role and as a therapist for mild depression. I have managed youth clubs and worked with families and young people for the local authority and helped 100's of young people find what's right for them.
