I have experience working with primary school children in before- and after-school programs in both mainstream and special needs schools. Through this experience, I realized that schools often focus primarily on academic subjects and overlook the importance of teaching a holistic approach to calming the mind and being present. Drawing from my experience, I would like to teach children a holistic way of living and approaching life.
